Cantala is a refined collection of 25 townhomes and 50 apartments located at 1 Wilks St, Caulfield North and designed by the award-winning firm SJB Architects and Interiors. The striking design integrates sweeping Art Deco curves with an expansive landscape environment conceived by Jack Merlo Design which brings the community together. 

Completed in 2016, the attention to detail is evident in every element, from the considered layouts to the beautifully engineered custom joinery. Cantala won first prize for best constructed residential architecture by Melbourne Design Awards as well as best medium density development in UDIA’s Awards for Excellence.
