45 Claremont is a 15-storey residential tower completed in 2012 and is home to 74 apartments, designed to celebrate the best of South Yarra. The building features beautifully appointed one and two-bedroom apartments open to stunning views across the canopies to the river. 

Designed by Stokes Architects, with an interior collaboration by K.P.D.O and MAArchitects, 45 Claremont evokes the life of South Yarra, from the expansive lobby to the spectacular rooftop terrace. In colder months, a cosy lounge, home to an open fireplace, provides a welcoming place for residents to mingle.
